You might be experiencing:

  • Sudden, unexpected loss

  • Anticipatory grief of a loved one with a terminal diagnosis

  • Grief that comes from life transition

Therapy for End of Life Issues

Prior to becoming a therapist I was a home visit hospice nurse. I provide counseling for older adults and also end of life specifically:

  • Explorations of life review, regret, meaning, etc.

  • Individuals with terminal illness

  • Individuals and family exploring palliative and hospice services

  • Individuals and families navigating anticipatory grief, caregiving challenges, and changes in roles

This work includes the possibility of home visits in the Berkeley/Oakland area
